Terms & Conditions

Age Restriction: No Alcohol products can be ordered or delivered to anyone under the age of 18.

By placing an order on our system, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence and where appropriate you have the permission of your company or employer to do so.

Membership: Membership of Delivered Drinks (http://www.delivereddrinks.com/) is at our sole discretion. 

Membership and criteria relating to any membership can be amended, revoked or terminated at any time, again at our sole discretion.

Pricing: Prices shown against each item listed are exclusive of UK VAT. Delivery and packaging will be added to the final invoice which will also be subject to UK VAT at the current rate. 

All prices published on this site constitute an invitation to treat rather than an offer capable of acceptance by any purchaser. 

Such prices are published in good faith and are believed to be correct, however we reserve the right to alter or change prices at any time up until delivery of the product selected. E & OE. 

Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you via your order confirmation receipt. All products offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the products listed.

Payment Methods: Payment is accepted by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. 

Card Transactions are securely processed by HSBC Global Payment Services.

Security: In order to ensure the safety of our customer’s financial details, our servers use (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer technology to ensure that your customer details are sent securely to us. On processing your orders, card data for the transaction is encrypted and processed by HSBC Global Payment Services using secure 3D Security. 

No card details are in any way communicated to us. 

Customer Address and Shipping details are stored securely and these are never divulged to any third party.

Identity Verification: To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases and transactions will require further verification by your banks own system. 

By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. This is only to confirm your identity. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Placing Orders: Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can correct your order. 
We reserve the right to refuse any order and refund and monies paid.

Availability: Prices and specifications can change without notice and all products are subject to availability. Should a product be temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.

Delivery: After processing an order it will be dispatched using a courier service (Monday to Friday only) to most mainland destinations in the UK (outlying areas of the UK can take up to three/four days). Currently we only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Delivery can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered in which case we will advise you. Delivery times vary depending on location. 
An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details by email to orders@delivereddrinks.com
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

Returns Policies: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are unhappy with your products purchased and they are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products.
You must inform us by email of this within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods to orders@delivereddrinks.com and we will issue you with a returns authorisation reference. The products must be returned to us undamaged, in good condition and in the original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of returning unwanted products.)

Faulty or Damaged Items: Should any of the products that we send to you be found to be faulty or damaged we will either replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery. 
If your products are faulty or damaged, you must inform us by email within 3 days of receipt of the products, giving details of the fault or damage to orders@delivereddrinks.com

All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your original notification to us.

Accuracy:  Whilst we have endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information used, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Taxes and Duties: All items sold by us are subject to UK taxation. 
When sending to addresses outside the UK your order may be subject to local taxes and duties. These charges must be borne by you. Please contact your local Customs Department for further information on what these costs may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). 
If we are sending to an address outside the EU, we will not charge VAT.
